Technician spent half his time sitting in his van and smoking. Feel like he was just milking it for as much as he could get. Will not use them again.

We used E.L. Blackwell for an install job in our salon. They provided great customer service. Easy to communicate with and schedule. Electricians were knowledgeable and professional. They worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Moved into a new business location and needed quite the build out. Blackwell worked in our awkward schedule to make it happen. Guys were very polite and professional. I feel like the value was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs! Given a quote over the phone for less than $200 to add a 3-way switch. After they did the work, the price jumped to $350. They failed to inform they have a service charge of $60. And charge an additional hour for travel. Now, I called to have them fix their work and they argued with me saying I won't pay them the extra charge.
