We visited Colonial Lock office and got excellent professional advice from Gerald and Dave. We bought a new lock for our front door. This place is BEYOND amazing! After what had been an immensely stressful 24hrs, I handed the gentlemen my one and only key fob in shambles. I was ready and willing to pay $250-300 for a new one; as a single mom of 2, I just needed a way to start my car. They had cut me a new key, programmed a new fob and had it ready to go in 15 min. Oh and for $40!!!! I was mind blown. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming as well. I was so relieved I started to tear up when I got in my car. This place is hands down the best!!!
We've been dealing with this company for almost 2 decades. EXCELLENT company!!!!!! I called yesterday to get into a file that I had misplaced the keys to. They came out today and Brian took literally 1 minute to get into the lock. He replaced it, made keys ON THE SPOT, and charged a reasonable price. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE. This is one of those old fashioned type companies where people cared about what they did and are trustworthy!
I had some electric bike battery keys I needed copied. My search was far and wide until I found Colonial Lock Service in Westminster. Manufactures wanted up to $25-$30 per key but Colonial was able to copy my keys quickly and easily (I brought the batteries with me to test the locks). Not only a good and fair price while I waited, but I felt very comfortable in the shop too as the staff 'live in the real world'. 100% refreshing to find in today's marketplace.
