We had an extremely disappointing experience with Coalition Title. Their primary responsibility in our closing was to ensure all lienholders were properly cleared, and they completely failed to do so. This critical oversight nearly cost us the sale of our property in Park City. It was a basic part of their job, and the fact that it was missed shows a lack of diligence and professionalism. I would not recommend using Coalition Title for any real estate transactions.
Craig and his team did a great job with our closing. He stayed longer when it really mattered, so we can close on time even though we had a major last minute surprise. I highly recommend Craig and and his team.
