Seriously, I don't understand why they get only 3.9 stars. All my neighbors use them and never heard a bad review. I called them when my current well pump supplier (now it is certainly not going to use them) ghosted me and never returned my calls after leaving messages 3 times with the reception lady. Chappell guy came over right away after I had random failure with the current pump and methodologically went through what could be the cause. He found out that the power wires were arcing which was pretty tough to find out. ... read more

For a service call, Chappell charges $168/hour plus travel time to and from the location. Their rate is higher than at least some of their competitors, but I thought it would be worth it. It was not. When the technician arrived, I was surprised to learn that he brought an apprentice with him who would be doing the work. The office should have asked if this was ok in advance and they should have lowered the hourly rate to reflect the difference in experience between an apprentice and a full fledged technician. Chappell Pump & Supply truly goes above and beyond to help out whenever a service call is needed. They are kind and professional and the guys do such a stellar job on the plumbing to the tanks and pump. They corrected plumbing that was done incorrectly by another company which was causing the water flow to be restricted. Now the water pressure is efficient and the system looks beautiful. A real stand out company.

Chappell pump has been very responsive and professional in helping get our well set up with a pump system. Randy has always been very good about returning calls within hours and the office staff is very helpful and friendly. Quality company!

Very nice, polite and eager to help me. First time came in exec though I didn't know much about our water pump they asked me to bring in something for them to check. They quickly saw the problem and they had in stock what I needed to fix it thanks to them I have running water, highly recommend to anyone.
