Over priced labor . They had told my car needs 3 hose needs a change ($430) , exhaust change ($380) , head light bulb and alignment ($106) and suspension mount ($360). I have went to different shop because of the scheduling issue . They had told only the exhaust needs to be changed rest all good (charged only $350) . light bulb and headlight is alignment is good. And hose are good. They try to take advantage of innocent customer.

I took my 2019 4 Runner to Chandler and Son to look for new tires and an alignment. I chatted about my needs to run 90% of the time on highways and paved roads but wanted smooth ride, good wet and dry traction. And snow ability. Michelin Defender LTX M&S was the tire. Mike and his team installed, balanced, aligned, and leveled the suspension. It rides like a limo now its so smooth and tracks straight. Nice work guys!

Most considerate, honest and kind people. One of the only shops that took me in while I was stranded nearby even when they were so close to closing. I am very grateful the mechanics here, they took a look at my car immediately after my timing belt broke. I was afraid my car would be a complete loss to fix but they managed to fix it and make a few other adjustments for my Subaru to run again. Honest, and reliable service We have used Chandler & Sons for our vehicles over the past two decades—often when our vehicles were no longer under the new car warranty. A few years ago, we bought two new cars. And as Murphy’s law would dictate, we found ourselves needing work on both vehicles, which recently were no longer the warranty. I informed them of the code and the potential issues, expecting them to confirm what was wrong with my vehicle.
