Incredible service. My car's alternator went out, and I was stranded. I had been referred to Carter's when I moved out to Pleasant Grove, and asked to be towed there. The team I spoke to was kind, they listened, and provided quick results. My car was repaired and returned within the same day, and I will 100% be coming back for any future issues. Thank you!

One of the electronic features on my car went out. It was an important feature which I need. I called the dealer, who took their time getting back to me. Then my daughter recommended Carters. She said they were quick, competent, and absolutely honest. She was right. And I’ll bet they charged me a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Would give 0 stars if google let me. Absolutely would not recommend this shop. The owner is rude, dismissive, and extremely disrespectful. I usually go in by myself since my husband works and I have never been so mistreated by a professional. I felt extremely uncomfortable, even though my car needed a new fan to stop it from overheating I grabbed my keys and walked out. Good service, fast. But the staff were very blunt and unfriendly. A little kindness goes a long way. As a business owner myself, I want my attitude to reflect how I do business.

Carters is the BEST!!!!!. I have known the Carters for a long time and I don't understand these 1 star reviews people are giving. Carters has never treated me wrong and would never treat anyone else wrong. ALWAY respectful and very honest trustworthy people. I would trust my life with them. Thank you Carters you have a customer for life.
