Pool is great, social life is solid, but that's it. Management talks down to tenants like you're in middle school, shows little respect, and seems more focused on taking advantage of college students and squeezing money from them than running the place. Cleaning checks are also incredibly excessive. Cleaning better be your number one priority in life cause it sure is for management. They also took hundreds of dollars from my deposit for damages (tiny thumbtack holes that were already there) and cleaning even though they ha... read more

Pros: We preferred Carriage Cove to the other apartments we lived at in Provo. They also clean the carpets. And it’s not owned by Redstone, which is a big plus. Cons: When we moved in there was mold on the ceilings. Then, after a bit they did a cleaning check and failed us for the mold. We told them that was there when we moved in, but of course they didn’t care. The laundry room is horrible. I ruined two full loads of laundry in only a few months and had to buy new clothes. They weren’t sympathetic and wouldn’t do anythi... read more

Carriage Cove is one of the best places to live while being at BYU. It’s got a campus shuttle and also easy access to the Provo river trail. The parking is also pretty good and there are places for guests to park too. I have a few things to mention to explain my 3/5 stars. 1. There are no in unit washers and dryers. The ones they have in the clubhouse are really poorly managed and barely work. 2. The cleaning checks are pretty stupid. The things they check are pretty arbitrary, and they will always find a reason to make y... read more

This is probably one of the cheapest ways to get a private room for under 450$ a month but however the management here needs some work. I got an email that I paid that confirmed my monthly rent, but apparently I didn't and was charged 80$ for a late fee. They didn't return my security deposit for minimal repairs that didn't equal to the amount requested. Management also said that I HAD to be at the office in person in order to end my lease. I then called the owner (very nice lady) and was able to mail it to them. Management ... read more

Very honest review: this is the cheapest/best private room you’re going to find in Provo. The facilities are clean, new pool, and a management that is willing to help you. I had a lot of troubles about my living situation and I didn’t know what to do. I went to the management and they gave me privacy so I could talk to them and we came up with a game plan together. They do very genuinely care about their tenants. Cleaning checks are “harsh” but as long as you actually do everything, I pass them every time. All you have to do... read more
