Our tenant called this week because they had woken up to no water. Being that it was December 30th, I was concerned we wouldn't be able to get a repair quickly with New Years Eve the next day. I called Butterfield and they were on it immediately. The service was fantastic, response was incredible, and the well had a new pump and was up and working by the end of the day. I am so appreciative to Tim and his staff for their quick turnaround on this!
Great, honest and knowledgeable group of people. They do great work at a very fair price. Ill definitely hire them again if need be and recommend to anyone. 👍
Used this business to drill my well. Had a slight issue with scheduling, but they got it done with no issues. Nick called to keep me updated on progress and let me know when the entire project was complete.
I am thrilled to be able to remove an earlier poor review. Tim Butterfield called, explained the miscommunication, and came to fix the problem. I appreciate his patience; he showed me what caused the problem. It's all fixed and I have better water pressure to boot! I highly recommend Butterfield.
Butterfield put a new well in last fall, shortly after installation we had brown water running from our faucets. Called Butterfield and was told that is normal and to run a hose for a few days to clear it up (or spend more money and put a filter system in our house). A hose was ran for a week straight with no improvement and like clockwork our water continues to get even dingier anytime it rains. Assuming the well they put in was not drilled deep enough.
