I came here to get a frontal and I was so happy with the result. Michelle did my consultation and Maren installed the piece, and they did amazing and gave me great products and advice. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a hair system. Before and after pictures provided.
dont get me wrong, Michelle is super sweet and gives a good presentation. However some of the units looked chopped salad and I had to have them re-cut. I wish she would spend more time making the hair units look more real.
I was a client of Better Image for several years. Everything went well for that time . I really don’t know what went wrong. I always ordered my hair through the business. But several times my hair wasn’t ordered when I placed my order.( which I found out from a reliable source) . The owner lied to me about this. Leaving me wearing not the best hair. The gals here are the absolute best!!! They welcome you in, make you feel at home and do EVERYTHING possible to make sure you're happy with your hair. I came to them after having a horrible experience elsewhere and I will NEVER go anywhere else. Being a gal suffering from hairloss after chemo & health issues, I never thought I'd ever feel comfortable again. The owner Michelle and her staff have given me my confidence & freedom back.
