We purchased our new home through Beans mobile homes in Lyndonville Vermont. The whole team at Beans were great to work with. The process was easy and we had wonderful experiences with the whole team at Beans from Mary Broom in the office who helped us with our home purchase and needs and keeping us updated all throughout the home buying process. We had a really difficult time deciding how many stars to give Bean's Home. There were parts of the process that went very well, like the setting of our modular home. However, much of the experience, particularly interactions with Mark Bean, were more than problematic. From a customer service perspective, they do not even deserve a 1 start rating. I highly recommend Bean’s Home. Tony was knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process from start to finish. The communication was the best! If I had a question or concern, Tony responded immediately, even on days when they were closed. The service and quality was far above any other company I visited. If you are looking for a manufactured or modular home Bean’s is the best!!
Incredibly grateful for Tony Flanders at Bean Homes for helping us find our amazing home. He was always only a phone call or email away to answer any questions or to calm our nerves when things got stressful. Shouting a huge THANK YOU for all you have done for our family. I would definitely give him more than 5 stars if possible!
Where to even begin! First off I will say the entire ordering process and signing paperwork in the office with Tony was great. I'll give Tony 5 stars, however the rest of the process has been a nightmare and we absolutely regret purchasing a home through Beans. First, when our house was set, it was not set on the foundation correctly. When my husband addressed this with Mark, Mark immediately blamed the person who did our foundation saying it wasn't level / straight, which is completely inaccurate.
