I don’t normally write reviews for services rendered but I must make an exception for the workers at B&G plumbing, especially Matt who is not only an exceptional plumber but person as well. He went out of his way to work on and repair a plumbing mishap at my house. He immediately answered my call and drove out to my house to check and repair my leak. I was referred to B&G by Brian Brower with Idaho Fire And Flood. I’ve gotta say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a plumber yet. We had a relatively large job that needed to be done and there arose some pretty significant surprises. It would have been a perfect opportunity for these guys to take advantage of me. Zane was super communicative and ultimately I felt how it all played out was extremely fair and honest.
Fast response. Derek was quick to find issue, assess and repair. Very friendly and kind. Excellent work. Highly recommend.
B&G are fantastic! Twice now I have had emergency plumbing issues, they have been the only company that could come out to help asap. The work was done quickly, efficiently and they didn't take my life savings! Thank you so much!
I hate to give any business a one star review, but I just have to warn people what’s going on. I just bought a house about three blocks in old town away from the plumber. Noticed that the scale here was hectic. So I called to have a water softener put in. The guy who came was very nice. He came down and said I couldn’t have a water softener because it would kill all of the grass. He suggested doing a filtration system canister style. And that he did them all the time for $225.
