I’ve never been so happy to give a business my money before. Anton’s was the easiest experience I have ever had getting my car serviced. It is hard finding good VW mechanic shops around Sonoma. I was recommended to them by another European shop that I had previously worked with but was not taking VW’s. Their staff was friendly and quick in response. Easily the best auto-shop in Sonoma county! I’m currently servicing my X3 35i exclusively with Antons and they had previously worked on my E46 M3, including replacing the extremely temperamental SMG pump! Victor and Mark are both fantastic and I’m a customer for life!
Anton's European Car Repair is a gem, with professional, caring and knowledgeable staff. When my friend's Volkswagen died in her garage and the usual remedies didn't address it, I called the VW repair places in town. All were cordial, but Mark the owner, who didn't know me or my friend at all, offered to do some research as his time permitted. My friend and I pursued other avenues to no avail. Anton’s is the only place I take my car. I believe they only service European cars but the staff are efficient and do great work if you have a European car. Typically you drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening (for most things). They do offer to take you home and pick you up if needed.
Just got a used Mercedes E350 and had it at the dealership for evaluation. It needed new motor mounts and the 60K tuneup with new spark plugs. Having not owned a MB before - currently drive an old Toyota w 300K miles - the quote from the dealer floored me. Luckily I connected with Mark and his crew at Anton's and....
