The clinic staff are all wonderful. In always comfortable putting my critters in their hands. They take the time to communicate thoroughly and ask questions while providing gentle, loving care for my cats. They are kind, compassionate care givers.
They are an awesome group of people!! Very knowledgeable, from the Front desk, to the people in the back… and the Vet Jess! One of our dogs has special needs & needs special medication and food. They always have it on hand for a very reasonable price. We appreciate all the attention they give our girls.
Love the quality of care and personal touch of this place. Truly, have had only wonderful experiences with all of the staff, from the front seat, to the techs to the veterinarians Themselves. Always quick service, kind interactions, and personal visits. I feel my dog is very well looked after and cared for here.
My cat, Philbert has pretty severe anxiety. The staff were so sweet and accommodating with my boy, they gave him medication ahead of time and they were so thorough and gentle with him while handling him. The doctor and tech were amazing when talking me through his procedure and answering any questions. Front desk staff were very knowledgeable about everything I asked, including billing questions. My cat ultimately had a really comfortable visit and we’ll be staying established at this practice with all my babies😊
My 6 year old tabby needed some intense dental care, including many extractions. Both of us were treated with warmth, care, and clear expectations about both cost and treatments. When an unexpected heath issue arose during surgery prep, I was notified immediately, and when I couldn’t be reached right away, the doctor left a detailed message with the update.
