Called out to change mixing valve tried to charge 350 for a task that took 5 mins then once I told them I’m not paying that for a job that takes five minutes and a part that maybe cost 50 bucks at most they’ve been proceeded to remove the valve they installed and instead of reinstalling the old one so that the water could be turned back on they left the water off and was arrogant about it next day had a plumber come out and do the same exact job for $60. Loved Mark. His installation staff was excellent. It took home warranty company too long to approve claim. Once approved, they were out the next day.
I was assigned Advanced Installations for my water heater under my home warranty. After 3 days I received a call that Mark was available to come take a look, he was at my home for less than an hour and determined the water heater needed to be replaced, said he would submit to the home warranty but we may not hear anything back due to the Memorial Day weekend. It's getting them to show up after you've already paid and made a service request and now it's been 3 weeks and No one showed up to fix your hot water heater.
